I know this apology is a little late since exams were mid-April but
I'm sorry. When you guys had asked me if you had passed or failed your
final exams I told most of you that you failed because you didn't get
50%. Turns out in Namibia you only need a 30% to pass.
Congratulations? I think? No, probably not.

30% - that's a standard it seems hard to believe one couldn't reach. Then again, TIN, right?
