Dear Spain,

You used to hold the award for country with the most heinous haircuts (all those mullets!) but Goa, India really takes the cake. People are walking around with their heads half shaved/half dreds. Half bald/half dreds. Half shaved/half 4-foot-long hair. Part shaved/part mullet. Part mullet/part dreds. There's no limit to the combinations of gross things people can do with their hair here.

Suffice it to say, Spain, you're now in second place. Goa makes you're mullets look like a classy deal.
