Dear Mixok Hostel Staff,

I guess I wasn't tooooo surprised when we showed up and you didn't have a room booked for us. Even though we called to reserve one last night.

Our first clue? When we made our booking you never asked for our name. Second clue? When we asked if you needed our names, you told us your name was Pat.

To top it all off, when we arrived and you told us there were no rooms available, you said it with a laugh and a smile. Which made us want to punch you in the face.
