Dear lord! Get yourself together, man! You really need to get a handle
on this whole daylight savings/time change thang. Honestly, I don't
think all of your citizens are respecting the whole concept of
daylight savings.
The primary school changed all their clocks and now it's light when I
wake up by 5:30 am but dark by 6 pm. The secondary school changed all
their clocks too, but they also changed their school hours. So instead
of school starting at 7 am, it now starts at 6 am. Kind of throwing
daylight savings in your face, dontcha think? Like, you can make us
change our clocks but not our schedules, suckaaas!
And the Caprivi Strip didn't even change their clocks at all! Namibia,
man, what are you doing with yourself?! Can we have a little
uniformity here? It can't be 7 am here and 8 am in Caprivi. I just
won't stand for it. And neither should you.
It's time to put your foot down.

Great Blog. I know this is a shot in the dark but figured perhaps it would work and you might be looking for some new company and conversation. I am a current PCV serving in Bulgaria who is taking the majority of his vacation days to travel around the southern African region. My best friend and I will be in region (Gobabyour is)around the 22nd to the 23rd. I would love to see some real Africa. We have our own car (I am not driving)

And what's the point in changing times (official or otherwise) when so few people actually go by the clock, anyway, right?!
