Dear Namibians,

I’d like to introduce you to my friend, Cell Phone Etiquette (CPE). He’s a really great guy to get to know. And I know for a FACT that you’ve never met him before. For one thing, people who know CPE don’t answer their phones during meetings like you do. Conversely, they don’t NOT answer their phones in meetings, instead letting it ring and ring and ring… like you do. Friends of CPE turn their cell phones off or keep it on silent and call back when the meeting is over.

Friends of CPE definitely don’t answer their phone in the middle of leading a prayer in the opening ceremony of a funeral in front of a microphone and say “Can I call you back? I’m in the middle of prayer right now.” … like you do.

Anyway, so my point is, I’m pretty sure you guys have never met. I really think you guys would get along. If only you’d let me introduce you.
