Dear "Doctor" Milton,

Thanks for the 30 second consultation and throwing some antibiotics my way. Cross your fingers I'm not allergic! You seemed pretty confident that I'd be fine.

Somehow, I'm not so sure your confidence is based on any real facts though.

    lots of sand here still. we're at the beach. but no, this one was tonsilitis.
